Description
3A White Hart Street is a shop with two flats above, built in the early 19th century and modified in the late 20th century. The building features painted gault brick and a pantile roof, standing two storeys tall with two bays. A full-width shop front and door, added in the late 20th century, is positioned between early 20th-century pilasters on either side that define the former ground-floor shop front. These pilasters are topped with gabled block entablatures. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with 6/6 glazing bars. The roof is gabled and there are no chimney stacks. The rear of the building was rebuilt in the late 20th century. The interior of the ground floor reflects a late 20th-century character. This building is included for its group value.
