Description
No. 92 Rose Green Road is a symmetrical semi-detached pair of cottages, likely built in the mid-18th century. The building has two storeys and features a rendered front with painted cobbles on other parts. It has a steep tiled hipped roof with a central ridge chimney and a brick modillion eaves cornice. There are two casement windows on each storey, with doors positioned towards the corners. The gabled perches are made of brick and flint and have segmental-headed openings. The left end of the building includes two sash windows. At the rear, there is an extension under the slope of the roof, which has three large tile-hung dormers; the middle dormer is likely from the mid-19th century, while the others are modern.
