Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace of originally four houses, now three, located on Marine Parade. It likely dates to around 1830-40, and exhibits a Regency style. The terrace is two windows wide for each house and stands three storeys high. The facade is stuccoed, with slate roofs. Each house has a curved front, a cornice, and a parapet. Iron balconies with hoods are present on the first floor, although the original glazing bars are missing. Nos. 1 to 5 form a group.
