Description
This is an early 19th-century terrace of four houses, numbered 4 to 7, located on Carlton Place. The houses are three storeys high with a basement, and are constructed of stuccoed walls. They have slate roofs, with strip pilasters between the windows that support a plain frieze and a moulded cornice. A stringcourse runs above the ground floor. Each house has a window on every floor, including segmental bow windows on the first floor. The doorcases have architraves with wide reeding and flat hoods with reeded edges.
