Description

This is a terrace of four houses, built around 1830. They are set back from Blackboy Road and are constructed of stucco, three stories high. The houses have sash windows with glazing bars; the ground-floor windows are round-headed and recessed in arches. The doorways have panelled reveals, sidelights, and rectangular fanlights above. The terrace is characterised by wide eaves and a hipped slate roof on each house. Nos. 31 to 34 form a group and are of group value.
