Description
Pear Tree Cottage is a 18th century or earlier building located on Vicarage Lane in Felpham. It is two storeys high and features six windows. The exterior is faced with flints and has red brick dressings at the end quoins. The roof is hipped and thatched. The cottage has casement windows and includes two modern gabled projections.
