Description

This 18th-century dovecot is located in the grounds of The Refectory in Witley. It is timber framed and stands on nine staddle stones, featuring weatherboard cladding and a hipped, plain-tiled roof. At the center, there is a lantern with three tiers of nesting boxes beneath a square domed roof, topped with a weathervane. The dovecot has two plank doors on the left-hand return front.
