Description

This is a garden wall to a former rose garden, built in 1902 by F W Troup for J King. The wall is made of red brick in an irregular bond with grey headers and stands approximately 3 metres high. It features brick-on-edge coping and pilaster buttresses that are set in a curve, with a round-arched doorway at either end. The western doorway has a former board door lying on the ground. At the time of inspection, the wall was overgrown. This structure is included for its group value only.
