Description
The properties at 23, 25, and 27 Petworth Road are likely of 18th-century origin, but were refaced in the mid-19th century. They are two-storey buildings with a symmetrical facade of four windows. The right-hand bay features a gable end with carved and pierced bargeboards. The exterior is stuccoed, with a first-floor band in the right-hand bay. The windows are sash windows, some with glazing bars. A blank panel is present in the second window from the left on the first floor. The entrances are four-panel doors with pilasters and pediment-shaped hoods. The properties are listed for their group value.
