Description

This is a barn, now part cottage, located 30 metres north of Spreakley House, dating from the 18th century. It features a timber frame on a brick plinth on the left side, with coursed stone and brick quoins and dressings on the right. The roofs are plain tiled and hipped. The building has an L-shaped plan with a wing extending to the front right. The main barn consists of five framed bays, which are taller than the wing. The doors have been blocked off, and there are four lunette windows on the right-hand return front of the wing. There are also doors on the left and right sides, as well as double doors at the end. This barn is included for its group value.
