Description
Perrysfield Farmhouse is a house that features a timber frame set on a rubblestone plinth, with brick infill below and tile hanging above. It has a plain tiled roof and a ridge stack located to the right of the center. The building is two storeys tall with an attic, which includes a gabled dormer positioned to the left of the center. A dentilled brick band runs over the ground floor. There are three 19th-century casement windows on the first floor and four on the ground floor. The entrance consists of a half-glazed and panelled door within a moulded surround, sheltered by a gabled porch hood supported by wooden posts. To the right end, there is a pentice roof weatherboard extension that is set back. Additionally, there is a wing at right angles to the rear left, with some framing exposed on the left-hand return front.
