Description
The building adjoining the engine house at the North Thames Water Station was constructed around 1896 and is designed in a classical style. It is made of stock brick with red brick dressings. The building features pedimented ends with an oculus and end pilasters. It has three bays that include round-headed arcading and cambered metal casements. The side elevation is adorned with a corbelled cornice and consists of a series of 12 bays divided by pilasters, with cambered metal windows and doorcases. This building is included for its group value.
