Dalkeith House

Dalkeith House is a 19th-century house located on London Road in Englefield Green. It features stucco walls and a slate roof that is hipped at both ends, along with two chimney stacks. The house is two storeys high.

On the ground floor, there is a central double door with upper panels that are glazed, accompanied by a segmental headed fanlight with radiating glazing bars. Flanking the entrance are two bay windows that are glazed down to floor level. The first floor has French windows with bars that open onto a balcony, which is adorned with iron balustrading that extends the full width of the building.

The west front includes a glazed conservatory supported by cast iron columns. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with 16 panes and a recessed panel. The north wing has a hipped slate roof and similar windows located above French doors. The north elevation features French doors and two 16-pane sash windows above.
