Description

This is an early 17th-century timber-framed house, which was later re-fronted with stone rubble and painted, with red brick dressings. It has a steeply pitched tiled roof with exposed timber framing visible in the gable ends. There are two projecting stone chimneys at each end. The house is two storeys high with an attic, and has three windows, featuring modern casement windows. Three 19th-century gabled dormers are present, along with carved bargeboards, as is a 19th-century gabled porch. Numbers 3 to 7 (odd) form a group, with number 3 holding local interest only.
