Description

The wellhead at the junction with Woodmansterne Lane is an 18th-century structure. It features a slatted wooden rectangular base topped with a pyramidal plain tile roof. At the center, there is a square leaded lantern that supports a compass weathervane. Inside, the winding gear and wooden well cover are still intact.
