Description

Belmont Claremont is a pair of houses dating from around 1850. They are two storeys high with four windows in total. The exterior is of banded rusticated stucco, featuring four grooved giant pilasters. The low-pitched slate roof has deep, sloping eaves. The sash windows have moulded architraves and margin lights. Ionic porches are set in antis, and the front doors are half-glazed with oblong fanlights.
