Description
Whitehill Cottage is a former gardener's cottage for Juniper Hall, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The building is two storeys high and features three windows. It is constructed of flint with red brick quoins and lacing courses, topped by a double hipped pantiled roof. On the first floor, there are three round-headed windows with intact glazing bars; the tallest window is in the center, with the other two closely arranged on either side (two are sash windows and one is a casement). These windows are set within rendered architraves. Below, there is a centrally placed round-headed casement window with two lights, which does not have glazing bars. The porch has a hipped pantiled roof supported by wooden posts, and the door consists of four panels with two long narrow glazed panels above. There is a contemporary one-storey extension to the south, featuring one round-headed two-light casement window and a pantiled roof. Additionally, there is a later one-storey extension at the back with two windows.
