Description
Fern Villa, The Little House, and The Pharmacy are two former houses built around 1830, now divided into three separate residences. The buildings are two storeys high with three window bays on one side and one window space on the other. They are finished in stucco and feature a string course and an eaves cornice. The hipped slate roof adds to their character. The northernmost window bay and the next one to the south project slightly, creating a recess between them. There is a carriage archway with double doors located beneath the southernmost first-floor window bay. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a trellised wooden porch. These buildings, along with Nos 66 and 67, Denmark House, and Hope House, form a group at the south-west entrance of Brockham Green.
