Description

A barn dating from the 17th to 18th century stands approximately 40 metres north-west of the farmhouse at Highworth Farm. It is a five-bay barn with a tiled roof and weatherboarding. The barn retains Queen posts and Queen struts, along with jowls to the upright posts. Joan M Harding’s “Four Centuries of Charlwood Houses” provides further detail on page 91.
