Description

Rickettswood Farmhouse is an 18th-century building featuring an unusual two-room plan with a Victorian addition of one bay. It stands two storeys high with an attic. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the first floor is hung with fishscale tiles. The roof is tiled and includes axial chimneystacks. There are two casement windows with hoods supported by moulded brackets. The heated parlour, located on the first floor, has an alcove and a wooden arch above it. The roof space contains two bedrooms.
