Boonshill Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. It has a hipped tiled roof, and the glazing bars are intact only on the first floor. There are two later additions on the ground floor.
