Description

The Elms is an 18th-century house located on Iden Grove Lane. It is two storeys high and originally had four windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The roof is hipped and covered in tiles. The windows retain their original glazing bars. The front door is set within a moulded architrave surround, incorporating a projecting cornice and a rectangular fanlight above. A single window bay has been added to the east side of the house.
