This is a cottage dating from the 17th century or earlier, situated on the east side of Iden Main Street. It is a two-storey building with three windows. The ground floor is weather-boarded, while the upper floor is tile-hung to the front. The roof was likely originally thatched but is now tiled, featuring three eyebrow dormers. It has small casement windows.
