  1. Mid C19. Pair of semi-detached villas in Tudor-Gothic style similar to Nos 3 & 4. 2 storeys and attic with basement. 2 windows. Tiled roof with parapet: 2 groups of 6 brick octagonal stacks on low brick plinths. Window bay nearest centre projects forward through whole height of house with steeply pitched gable over. 1 attic window in gable; stringcourse above attic rising parallel to gable top. Rendered transomed and mullioned windows with architraves in lower storeys; bay window on ground floor with parapet over. Beyond gabled bays, one outer window bay of 2 storeys: Tudor arched window above; Tudor arched doorway below.

Nos 3 to 8 (consec) and Nos 18 to 24 (consec) form a group.
