Description

Rose Cottage is a building that likely dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a tiled roof with a chimney breast on the western wall. The cottage has two storeys and includes two three-light casement windows on the upper storey, along with a square central recess that displays a rose medallion. On the ground floor, there is a modern oriel bow window beneath the upper windows. The entrance door is topped with a flat hood and flanked by fluted columns. This building was once used as a dairy and is included for its group value with Nos 11 to 13, which form a cohesive group.
