Description
Old Manor Cottages is a house that has been extended and divided, dating from the 17th century and remodelled in the 19th century. The building features exposed timber framing in the gables, with colourwashed roughcast infill and colourwashed cladding below, topped with plain tiled roofs. It has two gabled end ranges on either side, with a single-storey flat-roofed range in between, and a parallel gabled range to the left. There are stacks on the right and additional stacks at the rear.
The first floor includes one window to the left and a three-light window in the gabled bay, flanked by single light windows on the right. The ground floor has an irregular arrangement of three windows. A panelled door is located to the left under a depressed arch recess, with a six-panelled door to the left of centre and another panelled door to the right. The left-hand return front features double gables to the left with render cladding and a framed bay to the left that is recessed with render infilling.
