Description

House dating from the mid 18th century, constructed of red brick with blue brick headers in a plat band over the ground floor and a central panel on the first floor. It features a plain tiled roof and stands two storeys high, with a plat band over the ground floor and a wooden modillion eaves cornice. The house has end ridge stacks and a symmetrical front, which includes two 3-light casement windows on each floor, each set under gauged brick heads. There is a central arched keystone panel on the first floor, complete with impost blocks and a fire insurance plaque. The entrance consists of a central 20th-century ribbed door, which is positioned under a flat hood with a moulded edge supported by brackets.
