Description
Manor Farm House is a house dating from the late 16th century, with additions from the 17th century. It features a timber frame that is exposed at the rear, constructed of thin scantling with brick infill and whitewashed render. The front is also clad in whitewashed render. The roof is half-hipped and covered with plain tiles. The house has two storeys and consists of four framed bays, with leaded casement windows—four on the first floor and four below. To the right, there is a square, gabled, two-storey entrance porch with a door located to the left, which is sheltered by a tile drip course. There is an end stack on the left and a large stack in the centre. At the rear, there is a whitewashed brick extension with a pentice roof, and the first-floor bracing is exposed on the rear of the main house.
