Description
The wall and pavilion located at the front of the Malt House and Little Malt House were built in 1867 in the Lovelace style, with some parts rebuilt in the 20th century. The structure is made of flint rubble with brick dressings and features D-shaped coping at the top. The wall has lozenge-shaped openings edged with brick in the center and a slight batter at the base. The square pavilion at the right end has a plain tiled, hipped roof with machicolated eaves. Each face of the pavilion includes one round-arched opening with a roll moulded design. This structure is included for its group value.
