Description

The Heritage is a house dating from the late 16th century, which has been restored and altered in the 1960s. It features a timber frame that is exposed at the rear, with brick infill, and has brown brick cladding on the front and side elevations. The roof is mostly plain tiled and part hipped, with a rectangular plan that runs at right angles to the street.

The entrance front has two storeys set on a brick plinth, with diagonal brick eaves coursed to the left and a 20th-century extension projecting to the right. There is a continuous flat roof with a tile-hung dormer across the eaves, under a wooden dentil course to the right. The roof continues below the dormer in a catslide style. On the left side of the front, there is one casement window on each floor, while the right side has three casement windows on the ground floor. A 20th-century door is located to the right of centre.

The street front also has two storeys with a plat band over the ground floor and features two windows on both floors. The rear elevation includes a lower half-hipped extension to the left and three framed bays that are exposed to the right.
