Description
No. 109 to 113 on High Street in Epsom is a building dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century, with its front altered in the late 19th century. The exterior is roughcast with brick quoins and dressings. It features a pitched tile roof with overhanging eaves supported by wired brackets. The building has two storeys and attics, with five ranges of 19th-century sash windows that have depressed arched heads. There are three attic dormers with hipped tile roofs, 19th-century casements, and diagonal lead glazing bars. The late 19th-century shop front is also a notable feature. Inside, there is a staircase from the late 17th or early 18th century, which has turned balusters and plain newels.
