Description

Melrose Cottage is an 18th-century house on the south side of The Parade, Epsom. It is constructed of roughcast and has a pitched tile roof with brick stacks. The house has two storeys and features a brick modillion eaves cornice. It has three ranges of cased sashes with glazing bars. A late 19th-century porch with deeply projecting eaves has been added.
