Description

Roseberry Cottage, located at 11 The Parade in Epsom, was built in 1766 by joiner John Greenwood. The cottage features weatherboarding and a pitched tile roof, with rendered stacks. It is two storeys high and has three ranges of casement windows, with shutters on the ground floor. The entrance includes a doorcase with a pediment supported by consoles, showcasing impressive joinery in the tympanum. Inside, there is a "Chinese Chippendale" staircase.
