Description
The Grove House is a late 18th-century building located in Epsom. It has two storeys and an attic, with a cemented exterior. The façade features a symmetrical arrangement of windows, with two on each end and five in the center. The central windows are sash types set within a semi-circular bow that is above a segmental bayed porch supported by fluted Doric columns. This porch includes a triglyph frieze and cornice. The central door is topped by a semicircular fanlight, and the other windows of the house are standard steel casements. The building has a cornice, a parapet, and capping, along with a slate roof that includes seven round-topped dormers. There are also two-storey additions at each end of the house that have been modernised.
