Description

Clover Way is a former pair of cottages, now converted into one house, dating from the 17th century with extensive renovations around 1982. The building is timber framed with brick infill at the bottom and weatherboard cladding above. It has a plain tiled roof with a ridge stack located on the right side. The house is two storeys tall and features 20th-century casement windows, with three of these on the first floor. There is a planked door at the right end, which leads into a brick and weatherboard extension with a pentice roof. At the rear, there is a whitewashed brick catslide extension. Inside, some of the original framing is still visible.
