Description

The base of a former market cross is located approximately 2 metres south of the Bartholomew Room in Eynsham. This medieval structure features a square base made of limestone. The shaft has been removed for restoration at the time of the survey. For further details, drawings from 1814 and 1868 can be found in the Bodleian Library, Oxford.
