Description
Park Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 17th century, with a rear extension from the 18th century and a remodel in the mid 19th century. The structure is made of coursed limestone rubble and features a hipped and half-hipped stone slate roof with moulded kneelers and stone coping. The house has lateral stone stacks topped with decorative octagonal flues in a Tudor style. It is arranged in a U-plan with front wings and extends to the rear right. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a four-window range. A mid-19th century gabled porch includes a pointed moulded doorway. To the left, there is a mid-19th century canted bay window with 20th-century casements, and a one-light window above the door with mid-19th century chamfered stone architraves and 20th-century casements. The rear features flat stone arches over the windows. Inside, there are stop-chamfered beams and an open fireplace with a stop-chamfered bressumer to the left.
