Description
This building is a cottage that has been converted into an outbuilding, likely dating from the late 17th century with some later alterations. It is constructed from roughly coursed limestone rubble and has an asbestos sheet roof. The building has a two-cell plan and is one storey high with an attic. There are wide 20th-century double doors in the center, with a dormer featuring raking eaves directly above. To the left gable end, there is a 19th-century casement window on each floor.
Inside, there is a chamfered spine beam running through the ground-floor rooms. To the right, there is an infilled inglenook fireplace with a plank cupboard to the left and a wide brick winder staircase with wooden treads to the right. The attic features wide floorboards and a single-purlin roof with a central collar truss.
