Description
Little Housing is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone slate roof with brick stacks at the ends. The house has a two-unit through-passage plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window range. A timber lintel is positioned over a mid-19th century six-panelled door, which has two glazed panels and is topped by a bracketed flat hood. Timber lintels also span the mid-19th century sash windows that include border lights. There is a 20th-century extension at the rear. The interior features a collar-truss roof. This building is included for its group value.
