Description
Oldner House is a farmhouse built in the early to mid-19th century. It features coursed rubble with freestone dressings and a slate roof, designed in a simple rectangular plan that reflects the revived local baroque style. The building stands three storeys high and includes chamfered quoins, a heavy cyma cornice, a blocking course, sloped verges, and kneelers, along with ashlar end stacks. The façade has three bays with glazing bar sash windows set in architraves that have pronounced keystones. On the second floor, there is a casement window on the right and a central window that is a keyed oculus. A later addition is a solid tripartite ashlar panelled porch dating from around 1840. To the right, there is a two-storey, one-bay service extension. Inside, the house features contemporary stairs.
