Description

This granary, located approximately 10 meters southwest of Burwell Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is raised on staddle stones and features weatherboard cladding over a light timber frame, topped with a pyramidal stone slate roof. The granary has a plank door in the end wall. Inside, there are remains of grain bins and old purlins. This structure is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
