Description
Graziers Lime Tree Cottage is a house dating from around 1800, with an altered front that reflects older premises. The building is constructed of rubble and features a Cotswold stone roof, with a gable end chimney on the left and a large stack off the ridge at the rear. It has two storeys and an attic, with one hipped dormer. The front has two windows with 16-pane sashes and a large 20th-century rectangular bay window on the ground floor to the right, which is set on an earlier base. To the left, there is an alleyway entry with a wide plank door. At the rear, there is a two-storey extension accessed via the alley; Graziers is part of this extension and dates from the 18th or early 19th century, having been converted. A beam in the alleyway is supported on heavy corbels.
