Description

Beaconsfield Farmhouse garden wall to the south is a wall, probably from the 18th century. It is made of coursed limestone rubble with marlstone-ashlar quoins and flat copings. The wall extends from the west end of Beaconsfield Farmhouse, standing approximately 1.5 meters high, and then returns across the southern end of the garden to the east end of the house, where it is about 1.2 meters high. Beaconsfield Farm is located on the site of a Roman villa and the wall is included for its group value.
