The Nicholas Perry Memorial is a chest tomb located 7 yards south of the west tower of the Church of Holy Trinity in Ascott-under-Wychwood. It dates from 1728, commemorating Nicholas Perry. The tomb is constructed of ashlar and features a moulded plinth and cornice, with panelled sides and end panels shaped like balusters.
