Description

This barn, dating from the early 18th century, is located approximately 10 meters southeast of Prospect Villa. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, which is squared and coursed at the front, and features stone quoins. The roof is made of stone slate and the barn consists of three bays. There are pairs of central boarded doors at both the front and back, each with wooden lintels. The barn also has vertical vents, most of which are blocked. Inside, the structure includes collar-and-tie-beam trusses and pairs of purlins.
