Description
The outbuildings attached to Number 32 on Corn Street in Witney date from around 1780 to 1800. They are constructed from squared and coursed limestone, featuring raised ashlar quoins and dressings, and were originally stuccoed at the front. The building has a gabled concrete tile roof with brick stacks at each end. It has a two-unit plan, is two storeys tall with an attic, and presents a symmetrical three-window facade. The 20th-century door and flanking 20th-century windows have keyed and beaded architraves, while the first floor features mid to late 19th-century two-pane sash windows alongside a blind window. There are also two hipped roof dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
At the rear, there is an L-shaped range. This includes a mid-19th-century service range attached to an 18th-century two-storey outbuilding made of coursed limestone rubble, which has a gabled stone slate roof and a stone end stack. Additionally, there is a small 18th-century granary, now used as a garage, made from similar materials attached to the right.
