Description

This is an early 19th-century chest tomb made of limestone, located approximately 60 meters south-southwest of the south aisle of the Church of St. Leonard in Eynsham. The tomb features a moulded cornice and a flat splayed top, along with fielded inscription panels. It is surrounded by a railed enclosure that has urn finials.
