Description
This stable range, located approximately 10 meters to the west of Court Farmhouse, is likely from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with marlstone-ashlar dressings and features a Stonesfield-slate roof. The building is a single range with one storey plus a loft. The lower section on the right has three doorways and a high-level leaded three-light casement window. The higher section includes a doorway and two windows, all adorned with keyblock segmental arches under labels. It also has two additional ground-floor doorways, two loft doors, and a small dormer, all featuring gables, along with a central external stone stair that has a dogkennel underneath. The higher section is finished with gable parapets, and the right gable is half-hipped. The interior has not been inspected.
