GV II Farmhouse. C17, possibly incorporating some earlier structure. Roughcast, probably on stone rubble, with areas of pargetting; stone slate roof, of differing slopes; stone end stack with brick flue to right, stone ridge stack to left of centre.

Two storeys and attic; five-window range. C20 glazed door to centre with flat hood on wood brackets. C20 wood cross-windows with rendered quoin surrounds to ground floor left of centre, right of centre, and right, and to first floor centre, right of centre, and to right. Two-light casement with rendered quoin surround to ground floor left. Probably C18 wood cross-windows with rendered quoin surrounds to first floor left, and left of centre. Coved eaves to right. Gabled full dormer to centre.

Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
