Description
Tigin Ban is a house that likely dates from the early 18th century. It features a rendered plinth and roughcast walls, which are probably built on timber framing. The roof is made of old plain tiles and has a half-hipped design with a brick ridge stack at the center. The house has a two-unit lobby-entry plan and is a single storey with an attic, presenting a two-window range. The entrance includes a 20th-century panelled door with a single-light window to the right, leading to a central 20th-century porch. There are three-light wood casements on both the left and right sides, and gabled dormers on each side with three-light casements. Some timber framing is visible on the left return. The interior has not been inspected.
